The state of the art orbital thermoforming equipment produces consistent wall thickness and minimizes internal stress. Our molds are inner-zone cooled aluminum which also aids in producing consistent lids for predictability.

Our TUFF HINGE SYSTEM and design strengthens vulnerable areas of lid to ultimately give lid longer life to stay in service longer. THS provides stabilization across the hinge line during compaction in a full front load truck. The design also includes multi-stepped 2 inch structural ribbing and easy lift handles.
